turnaround time to complete your project. If you have a specific deadline, please make sure to mention it when submitting your order. Please note that we do not work on 
Sundays.

Yes, we do offer express delivery to cater to your urgent needs. Our fastest delivery option guarantees your package will arrive within 36 hours. However, please be aware 
that there is a nominal fee associated with express delivery.

*** Are my images secure with you?

Absolutely! Your images will be completely safe with me. We won't share them with anyone else.


*** Do you provide detailed layered PSD files upon delivery?

Yes, we do offer source files up to 25 GB. If you require more, please mention it when submitting your order. However, please note that there will be a small fee for this 
additional service.


*** Which photo formats do you accept for editing? 

We accept photos in JPG, PNG, PSD, and RAW file formats such as DNG, NEF, RW2, CR2, and TIFF.


*** How can I send my images?

To send your images, you have a few options. You can easily upload them directly in Dropbox or wetransfer.com.
Please note that if you choose to share your images via Google Drive, you will need to send a link with permission to download.


*** If there are any revisions, do I need to pay extra?

If our photo editor hasn't met your requirements upon delivery, we are happy to make the necessary corrections at no additional cost. 


*** Do you offer a discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to all of our clients. Additionally, we provide an extra 20% discount for each successful referral.

*** Will you be claiming copyrights for the completed picture?

Oh, no, we actually don't claim copyright for the edited pictures. Our role is solely to outsource the editing task for our clients.
